The JOOLS Online Boutique is a secure site. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for secure data transmission over the internet.
We encrypt all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be ready as the information travels over the internet.

If you elect to submit your credit card details online, you will notice that the URL prefix (located in your address bar) will change from the standard http:// to the secure https://.
This means that you are in secure mode. Similarly, you will notice your browser’s security icon (located at the bottom right hand corner of your browser window) change to either a locked padlock or solid gold key (depending on your browser make and version).
You may even – depending on your chosen preferences – receive a prompt informing you that you are visiting a secure page. This is your assurance that your browser and our server are communicating securely.

How to Shop
Shopping at the JOOLS Online Boutique is easy, just follow the steps below:
- Click on the “Online Boutique” link on our home page.
- Select products from the product menu on the left hand side of the screen.
- All the styles that are available to buy from that particular product category will be shown as thumbnail images.
- Click on the image to access the individual item’s product page where you will be given information on pricing, sizing, colour options and larger product images.
- Add merchandise to your shopping bag by clicking on the “Add to shopping bag” button near the desired product.
- The pricing displayed for each product is based on the country you are shopping from and are inclusive of GST (Australia Australian Dollars (AUD), United Kingdom Great British Pounds (GBP), European Union Euro (EUR), USA and all other countries USA Dollars (USD).
- Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the “Remove item” button below the item. To change the number of items, change the quantity and then click on “update qty”.
- Please note that items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
- Proceed to “the counter” to finalise your purchases and follow the instructions.
- You will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
- Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and JOOLS will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.

Pricing and Availability
- Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
- We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn.
All Australian prices are inclusive of GST. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
Pre Orders
JOOLS at times may offer products for pre-order. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain products. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once the style has been received by JOOLS Online Boutique. Your rights regarding Pre- Order are the same as those for any other purchases at JOOLS Online Boutique.
Pre-Orders will receive products in priority to customers on the Waiting List or customers ordering through the Site for immediate delivery. Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected Pre-Orders Styles due to production problems or quality check issues. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the Advance Payment to your credit card as soon as we are advised that merchandise has become unavailable.
Payment
Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard (if paying in Australian $). Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by JOOLS. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to JOOLS, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. All credit card transactions on the JOOLS Online Boutique are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure environment. Delivery
Australian Standard Delivery
- All orders within Australia will be delivered within 5 – 10 business days from date of order
- We do not deliver on bank holidays and weekends – so please be aware of any impending when you order!
- The cost of all deliveries & handling within Australia is $10 for orders under $150, and FREE for all orders $150+
- Shipping will be automatically added at the checkout page
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- A signature is required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
International Delivery
- The cost of shipping & handling for all International orders is $25 for all orders under $150, and FREE for all orders $150+
- Shipping will be automatically added at the checkout page
- Your order will take approximately 5-10 business days from date of order
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
- Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
- All orders require a signature upon receipt.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Return & Exchanges
*This Return & Exchange Policy Is Only Available to Orders Purchased On Our Online Boutique. At JOOLS we pride ourselves on the superior quality of our products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from JOOLS we will gladly credit the purchase price or exchange the item if returned according to our Return & Exchanges policy. All you need to do is contact us at info@jools.com.au and then return the product to us in original unused re-saleable condition, original packaging, with all tags attached and packing slip. Any items purchased within Australia must be sent back within 10 days of the order date to be eligible for a refund. International Orders must be sent back within 30 days. Below is a summary of the steps to follow which can also be found in the return form.
- All items must be in new and unworn condition. Any items which are considered to be “used” will be returned back to you and we will be unable to receive a credit
- Please notify us at info@jools.com.au within 7 days of delivery of the item/s.
- Please also print a copy of this email and include this in the delivery with your returned item/s.
- Where a credit is requested and approved, we will endeavour to credit you as soon as possible, but please allow for up to 10 working days.
- If the exchange/return item is due to manufacture fault/ incorrect item received we will refund the cost of the return postage.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Online Boutique.
- IMPORTANT: FREIGHT/DELIVERY NUMBER: (AWB) refers to the Air Way Bill number or equivalent reference number your freight OR delivery company OR post office will issue to you.

- Please note we can only exchange items for a different size or style, based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item, we suggest that you contact info@jools.com.au as soon as possible for availability.

- Where an exchange is requested and approved we will send out a new item and no extra shipping charges will be charged.
Faulty Goods
Goods that are faulty: if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If the exchange/return item is due to manufacture fault received we will refund the cost of the return postage. Please follow above return instructions for returning faulty goods.
